What postal service do you use?

I use our National postal service here in Ireland, An Post.

Will my order have a tracker number?

Yes. All our orders are tracked and registered with An Post. It provides a secure and reliable way to send items nationally and internationally with proof of postage.

How do I care for my ceramics?

Our ceramic range is made from white earthenware clay. To best care for your ceramics we recommend hand washing only. These items are not suitable for the dishwasher. For best storage please store in a dry area free from moisture.

Can I add an item to my order?

For Ireland and Northern Ireland yes, no problem. If you have not received your confirmation email stating that your order is on the way to you there is still time to add to your order. Simply purchase your additional item through the online shop and hit ‘Click and Collect’ and let me know in the comment box you are adding to an existing order. Selecting ‘Click and Collect’ ensures you will not be charged for extra postage.

How much is postage?

For Ireland and Northern Ireland there is a flat rate of 9.00 euro up to 10kg. For other countries post and packaging will be calculated at check out.

An item I’m looking for is out of stock. Can I pre-order one?

Yes! Please get in touch and let me know what you are looking for and I will contact you as soon as your item is ready. As each piece is handmade with great care, it takes time to create. Please be patient with us as it can take up to 5 weeks to make one single piece.

How do I order wholesale?

Retailers that are looking to buy wholesale please email aoifeslatteryceramics@gmail.com and tell me a bit about yourself and your shop.

My purchase is a gift. Do you have gift boxes?

Just let us know in the comment box at checkout if your purchase is a gift. We will gladly package your item in a gift box if available and leave out the receipt. If gift boxes are not available, the gift will be neatly wrapped in tissue and ribbon. If you would like a message included please also let us know in the comment box. A business card is also included. Note that all items are packed in an outer card board box for safety.

I have seen an item on your Instagram but its not on your online shop. Is it available to purchase?

I am constantly making and developing new work in the studio be it for exhibitions or markets. if there are items that are not listed on the online shop just get in touch and we can arrange purchase via Paypal.

I live locally, can I collect my purchase at your studio?

Yes of course. No need to pay for unnecessary postage. our website offers you a ‘Click & Collect’ service. Just get in touch and we can arrange collection.
